Per azienda operante nel settore metalmeccanico cerchiamo un: - Spares Inside Sales: main responsibilities and duties of Inside Sales shall be to support After Sales Team in all ordinary and extraordinary activities related to Spare Parts and Duplicate Pumps. Objectives &, Measurement Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: Including but not limited to: • Preparing quotes to be submitted to the Customer analyzing scope of supply and researching data in ERP system • Calculation of costs and Gross Margins • Verifying the completeness of information and the compliance to the quote of the Customer Order • Order creation in ERP system and send Order confirmation to the Customer • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Quality and Finance supporting Spare Parts • Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to achieve Customer satisfaction. Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Aeronautical, Environmental Engineering or similar. Previous experience of 1 or 2 years in similar position. Problem analysis and solving attitude. Time consciousness and right sense of urgency. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer Skills: SAP ERP knowledge, Accounting, Database, Sales Order Processing, Spreadsheet, Word Processing. Familiar with or able to learn business web applications. vetrinabakeca
