Il candidato dovr svolgere l'incarico in piena autonomia in coordinamento con il food&, beverage manager bevanda e colleghi, di seguito i requisiti: Competenza nel servizio al tavolo e nel servizio al tavolo. Esperienza nel servizio catering o eventi nel settore della ristorazione. Esperienza pregressa nel servizio tavola fredda Professionalit e orientamento al cliente. Elevata resistenza allo stress e ai turni di lavoro intensi. Diplomi e certificati di formazione alberghiera sono considerati PLUS. Disponibilit a lavorare su turni, festivi e week-end.
