For important company operating in the Automotive sector, Adecco is looking for a Sales Administration Specialist. Responsibilities: - The sales administrator will direct report to the Sales&, Marketing VP and will coordinate the back office team, - Receiving and processing purchase orders, - Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details, - Verify and process tooling orders, - Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information, - Maintaining and updating sales and customer records. - Compiling monthly/yearly sales reports. - Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries in case of needs - Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. - Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested. Requirements and skills: - Previous experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent, - Good knowledge of English language, - Good knowledge of SAP, - Experience with CRM software, MS Office. - Understanding of sales performance metrics, - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con inquadramento e retribuzione commisurati all'esperienza.
