What will you be doing? In this role you will support customers and colleagues alike. After completing an in-depth onboarding period your responsibilities will vary from providing excellent order management and technical support directly to customers' to giving specialist support for colleagues. In addition' you will coordinate between departments to fulfill customer requests. Ultimately' the focus of this role will always be to sustain world class customer service and creating customer value.
