Stiamo cercando collaboratori che ci aiutino ad aprire due wine bar - piccoli ristoranti Italiani in Giappone. Abbiamo gia' un locale avviato a Fukuoka e abbiamo ora la possibilita' di aprirne altri, ma ci servono le risorse con le competenze giuste, che comincino a darci una mano nell'immediato, capendo cosa stiamo facendo adesso, per poi replicarlo nelle nuove location. Oltre ad assicurarci che il locale gia' operativo funzioni con successo, dovremo selezionare le nuove location, far partire i lavori di ristrutturazione, organizzare gli approvvigionamenti, pianificare e implementare la campagna pubblicitaria e tanto altro. Inoltre, dovremo gestire le operations e selezionare il personale locale. E' un lavoro impegnativo ma molto interessante, in un paese straordinario come il Giappone, e ci servono persone speciali! Abbiamo bisogno di giovani che parlino giapponese almeno a livello N3 , che abbiano ottime capacita' di organizzazione, un forte senso di impreditorialita' e una attitudine naturale al customer service.
