Per azienda cliente, multinazionale leader settore Oil&, Gas, sede in zona Nova Milanese, ricerchiamo la figura di un/una: ROTATING EQUIPMENT PROJECT ENGINEER - TECHNICAL PROJECT COORDINATOR He/she is the job technical manager in the execution phase and is the reference point for customers, suppliers and other internal departments. He/she is responsible for drafting and checking some of the project documents, checking and approving all the client documents. He/she monitors progress of the job documentation and Document Controller operations. He/she is also responsible for discussing technical issues raised by customers and identifying any ", Change Order", . Objectives &, Measurement Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities: In the bidding phase: - No involvement At the start of the contract: - He/She reads the client’s MR and the contract, as indicated by the Mechanical Application Engineer and the Project Manager . He/she is responsible to analyze the MR as per distribution list distributed by the MAE. - Definition of customer and supplier document lists according to Material Requisition - Participates in the internal Kick Off Meeting . During the job execution: - When required, he/she supports the engineering department for all design tasks: provides all data and information necessary for the project and if necessary directs Engineering to technical solutions in accordance with Customer specifications/requirements - Preparation of documents of his/her own competence, review and approval of other job documents. - Verification of documents returned by customers/suppliers: analysis and preliminary evaluation of customer comments and supplier documents before distribution to other corporate entities. He/she discusses with other departments the resolution of comments if necessary.
