For our offices in Costa Volpino, we are looking for a Cloud Database Administrator, Database manager expert to manage database configuration, availability and correct operations in a multi-paradigm database environment, monitor and provide for availability and disaster recovery and will contribute to the evolution of our data stores This position has to cover best practices regarding Database management in a Cloud application, with the focus on data scalability, performance and availability. Main tasks of the position: He/She will support and consult the development teams in the design, setup and operations of our databases following best practices of managing data in the context of a cloud application Minimum requirement: University Degree in Computer Science or Information technology Engineering or comparable working experience at least 4 years of professional experience and expertise in database administration with at least 2 years of experience in database administration in the context of a cloud-based distributed application Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
