Please note: This position is open only to Italian citizens. ️ About the Role As the single point of contact for the technical tower, you'll be the face of IT support, ensuring users stay productive and systems run smoothly. Cassina, Milano – Italy – Onsite role with occasional travel or extended support availability. Fluent in Italian and English – both spoken and written. - Deliver high-quality desktop and infrastructure support . - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents without impacting device warranties. - Provide desk-side break/fix support for desktops, laptops, printers, and more. - Handle VPN, RDP, anti-virus, and Windows OS issues. - Perform installations and troubleshooting of IT peripherals. - Provide Smart Hands support for network hardware . - Collaborate with SCCM team for software distribution, patching, and imaging. - Ensure smooth imaging for new deployments and break/fix scenarios. - Be actively involved in critical incident resolution and outage calls. - Coordinate with vendors and third-party suppliers to close issues. - Manage ticketing, escalation, and incident routing. - Assist in inventory, asset management, and support readiness drills. - 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT Desktop Support. - Strong customer service attitude with a proactive and structured approach. - Hands-on experience with desktop/peripheral troubleshooting and deployment. - Familiarity with SCCM, imaging tools, and enterprise support tools. - Ability to wo...
