Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Marketo SpecialistPurpose of Role:The Marketo Specialist plays a critical role in executing and optimizing marketing automation initiatives that support the company’s lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement strategies. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all Marketo campaigns are efficiently managed and aligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven decision-making and system best practices.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and execute Marketo campaigns, nurture programs, landing pages, and emails.Develop, monitor, test and optimize Marketo programs for all stages of the marketing and sales funnels.Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis; list management; and lead processes in Salesforce.Com- Manage project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, from scheduling to design, production and distribution.- Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of Marketo, driving improvements and employing best practices.Education and Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a power user of a Marketing Automation platform with “Marketo Certified Expert” certification and Google Analytics certificationDemonstrated success executing marketing campaigns with expertise using Marketo, including database management; Smart List development; setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs; and reporting on campaign analytics- A track record of success with marketing activities, managing lead databases, reporting, creating lists, building landing pages, configuring nurture tracks and promoting events- Knowledge of HTML for cosmetic edits and alterationsCore Competencies:Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess campaign performance through metrics and analytics, optimizing for maximum effectiveness.Project Management – Strong skills in managing multiple marketing projects with precision and timely execution.Attentio...
