-Carhartt WIP is part of the Work in Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals. Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. For our store in Florence we are looking in part-time and for a limited contract for you as Carhartt WIP Store Florence - Sales Assistant - part time 30h **Your Responsibilities**: - Ensure optimum sales levels are met - Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting - Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed - Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look - To develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business - Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction - Have fun selling our product whilst engaging with our valued customers **Your Profile**: - Customer service and/or retail experience preferred - Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible - Excellent communication and 'people' skills - Confidence, drive and enthusiasm - Fluency in Italian and proficient in English **Your Location**: Florence / Italy
