For an International Company we are looking for: CONTACT CENTER AGENT – SPANISH/ENGLISH SPEAKING To provide high quality assistance to customers via email and telephone in response to inquiries regarding hotel reservations. Responsibilities: Supports and provides customer service via telephone and email Skilled at negotiating solutions to new and various problems Customer Experience: Has intimate knowledge of the customers’ needs Has empathy for customers’ situation Handles in the best interest of both customer and company Communication Is able to communicate clearly both written and in speech Is able to communicate fluently in Italian Spanish and English Has a pleasant friendly style Has valid questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication Qualifications: Essential Excellent written and spoken skills in Italian Spanish and English Prior experience in customer service and/or in the travel industry Prior multi-lingual working experience Customer oriented Problem solving skills Computer literate Success Criteria: The successful applicant will be extremely customer focused and have a background in customer service and travel. Knowledge and Behaviour: 1.Ideally a graduate with travel Industry experience. 2.Language Skills: Excellent Spanish Excellent English Excellent Italian 3.Customer oriented. 4.
