The guarantee to support the team has to be given continuously. If the HSEManagercan’t take his work there have to be an equivalent replacementmanager.The HSE-Manager is located at the factory premises mainly and has to accompany theconstruction management in part time. Primary other referenced persons are assembly man andfurther persons.The HSE-Manager gets his own workplace at site. He/She has to bring his/her own PPE for instance safety shoes, work clothing, work boots and safetyglasses.The HSE-Manager has to be able to act with self-assurance in completing forms or requests andto participate in meetings and discussions actively.The HSE-Manager does not gain any authorization to give instructions. The work consists ofconsulting services.Before starting work, the HSE-Manager receives some materials to prepare himself.
