CHANNEL SALES MANAGER The Company Our client is an international distributor of security and domotic solutions and products. We are currently recruiting for the position of Sales Manager of the Italian branch. The Role The candidate will be responsible for reaching sales targets through effective and efficient management of the sales force located througout the whole Italian territory. Ongoing support to the sales force in order to increase sales and develop / manage relationships with existing accounts Winning new business from competitors Provide support to customers and the network in order to meet sales profit and service quality targets. The Person 5 - 10 years experience in a channel sales management role ideally in a structured organisation operating in the IT Security Electronics or Automation sector or from a Sales Management role within an IT / Electronics Distributor. Experience in Team Management coaching mentoring and able to achieve results through performance management Target driven focused positive and professional Excellent negotiation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Fluent / Very good English Full-time permanent position.
