FIRMWARE SENIOR ENGINEER TORINO Settore azienda: AUTOMOTIVE For a multinational company based in Turin and operating in automotive field we are looking for a: Firmware Senior Engineer He/she will be responsible for developing or using Autosar library FW for the electronic module. He/She is responsible for the following main activities: - Define and maintain the detailed design of the software module; - Develop a software module; - Perform the unit tests on the developed software module; - Perform peer code reviews; - Deliver the module and the related documentation to the function integrator; - When several software engineers contribute to the development of one module, one referent shall be identified and will ensure the consistency of the module delivery; - Work with Project leader, HW designer and SW designer to estimate the effort to develop the functions; - Escalate FW issue and risk to Funztion Leader; - Develop SW code; - Work with HW/SW Designers, System Requirements Engineer, and Function Architects to understand the Customer, System, and SW Requirements and SW Design specifications and to define HW/SW partitioning; - FW configuration, application and testing boot development and validation; - Work with potential external supplier to drive/support specifications implementation and validation; - Perform root cause analysis on SW defect.   The Skills: - Electronic Engineering Degree, Information Science Degree; - At least 5 years experience in real-time 16/32 bit embedded systems developments; - High C/C++ and Assembler programming skills; - High skills on real-time O. S. and related debug tools; - HW electronics know-how ; - Deep knowledge of tool chain using ; - Deep knowledge of unit testing/integration testing techniques an tools ; - Deep knowledge on Change Management process ; - AUTOSAR architecture and rules; - Communication Protocols ; - Diagnostics Protocols ; - ISO26262 references; - MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project; - Willing to short trip in Italy,Europe, USA; - The above compe...
