Amazon seeks an experienced Finance Manager to support the After Market Service team, focusing on EU Recommerce activities to reduce return costs. The AMS finance team drives initiatives to lower return costs and improve customer experience. The FM will partner with business and operations teams to identify strategies, define roadmaps, and provide guidance and reporting. This role influences decisions on customer experience, business models, pricing, and long-term vision, with a focus on building top-tier reverse logistics processes. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and refine financial models to evaluate programs within Returns & ReCommerce. 2. Analyze data and create financial frameworks to enhance profitability. 3. Conduct cost/benefit analyses and communicate key drivers to support decisions. 4. Lead financial review meetings with business teams, ensuring effective finance and cost management. 5. Develop and maintain financial metrics, reports, and scorecards. 6. Present financial and business results, including variance analyses, to senior leaders. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related quantitative field. - Experience in multiple finance and accounting roles. - Proficiency in applying KPIs to analyses. - Experience building financial and operational reports for decision-making. - Experience in continuous improvement projects with measurable results. Preferred Qualifications - MBA or CPA. - Knowledge of SQL/ETL. - Proven ability to solve complex business challenges with accurate financial modeling and analysis. - Experience with large-scale data tools and financial systems . - Experience with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation.
