Role Overview: The SPA Receptionist is the first point of contact between guests and the world of the SPA. This role is responsible for the professional and efficient management of both front and back office operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience in line with our brand standards. The SPA Receptionist will interact with both external clients and hotel guests, supporting all reception, booking, and guest assistance activities before, during, and after the wellness journey.
