You will lead and organize the SRE practice in Agile Lab, managing multiple services with a focus on high-quality delivery. Salary: 45K - 67.5K Responsibilities: 1. Analyze designs and implement complex infrastructures; 2. Challenge team processes, seeking improvements; 3. Communicate with self-awareness; 4. Set direction for the delivery of multiple services; 5. Identify strategic technical debt and provide cost/benefit analysis for its elimination; 6. Understand the business landscape and stakeholder expectations; 7. Lead recruiting efforts and capacity planning; 8. Assist team members with delivery when needed; 9. Produce quality metrics; 10. Manage team members with diverse skill sets effectively.
