Reporting to the Engineering Manager of the European area, the Regional Field Operations Manager will have the following responsibilities: Identify, engage and recruit a network of Independent Service Partners on selected markets in Europe. Define the policies for ISPs to be selected as a partner. Provide the ISP with ongoing training and technical support. Manage the service program by providing guidance to a program administrator and guiding the optimization of the relevant IT service management tool. In cooperation with the sales team and the ISP, help end-users to select right product application for their water quality needs. Work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement installation and service standard operating processes. Managing agreed standard operations processes through the ISP network. Through site visits, written communications, drawings and photos, analyze and recommend best in class solutions and installations. Provide technical support for both internal and external stakeholders. Become a focal point for Service Operations, implementing additional services. Relevant technical degree and equivalent work experience. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and experience with project management and IT tools. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. Additional languages will be a plus. High degree of organization and self-motivation. Ability to work independently with high level of confidence. Ability to develop relationships and establish trust and credibility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
