Participating in the preparation of monthly forecasting activities. Sales margin scenarios and P&L variance analysis and reporting. Analysis of monthly fixed costs and Actual vs. Budget deviations. Liasing with SSC located in Eastern Europe Verifying invoices' issueing Working with external consultants, advisors, and bookkeepers to prepare our financial statements, develop due diligence processes, address queries from auditors, and introduce new fiscal incentives.
