The System Engineer is part of Project Engineering team and develops system or subsystems architecture, defining and allocating requirements, evaluating design trade-offs, balancing technical risk, defining and assessing interfaces, keeping close coordination with verification and validation activities and with project deployment activities, in line with the System / Subsystem Roadmap. ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and analyzing the input documentation and Customer requirements; defining the functions, the architecture and the interfaces of the system being the transportation standard in Italy and all over Europe/World designing the system and its configuration, developing the relevant documentation; interfacing the Customer and the other partners; participating to the meetings with other teams in Italy and worldwide; applying processes, methods & tool in accordance to Company standards; carrying design testing of the system until its delivery to the Verification and Validation team; supporting laboratory tests and on-site activities; In particular,He/she provides all the necessary support to the Project and System Engineering Team for the technical answer to the specific user project needs.
