The Senior Operations Manager will lead the team for the following activities:"Inbound": Planning / Coordination of Logistics Suppliers that carry out the transport service from Port, , European Distribution Center to Central Warehouses based in Northern Italy ; Planning / Coordination of customs activities, performed by an external supplier; Management of direct deliveries from Port to Final Customers; Improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability. "Warehouse": Planning, based on customer's forecast data, warehouse spaces needs ; Planning / coordination of WH inbound & outbound capacity Planning / coordination of repetitive & spot "rework" activities; Management of returns and related activities ; Implementation of new services / activities; Daily stock control: accounting alignment with customer stock, supervise cycle counts carried out in warehouses, management of annual inventories; Cooperation with LSP for the warehouse management of marketing products ; Supervision of all the WH activities; Improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability. "Outbound": Delivery planning for different divisions and sales channels ; Delivery booking; Management of deliveries portfolio and Customer Service; Customer management: manage the customer requirement and its relationships; Improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and profitability.
