Key responsibilities: Respond to ad-hoc requests from the FP&A team relating to business planning, budgeting and reporting Support month-end and year-end close process Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Support in preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements Support in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances Assist with the development of incisive analysis and reporting to give insights to business performance and trends, including use of KPIs FP&A Cost Controller - Milano |DigitalThe ideal candidate must have: 4+ years experience in an analytics, financial planning or strategy role at a tech, digital - media or rapidly scaling company Strong quantitative orientation, as evidenced by academic background or prior quantitative work experience Advanced Excel and data modelling skills; experience with SQL and Netsuite is a plus Strong attention to detail with high personal standards for accuracy and quality of work Self-motivated, proactive and curious disposition, with a natural tendency toward investigating information that seems interesting or anomalous Strong written and visual communication skills Fluent English + knowledge of European languages The Company is the leading sales and marketing technology company in Europe, specialized in the automotive sector.
