La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita all’interno dell’officina meccanica e si occuperà della programmazione e gestione di macchine a controllo numerico per la lavorazione di componenti metallici e materie plastiche. Mansioni principali: Programmazione CNC su torni, frese e/o centri di lavoro. Attrezzaggio macchina e controllo dei parametri di lavorazione. Lettura del disegno tecnico e controllo qualità dei pezzi prodotti. Monitoraggio del ciclo produttivo e interventi di correzione in caso di anomalie. Requisiti: Esperienza pregressa nella programmazione CNC, in particolare sulle macchine Mazatrol. Capacità di lettura e interpretazione del disegno meccanico. Conoscenza degli strumenti di misura e controllo. Precisione, autonomia e attitudine al lavoro in team. Orario di lavoro: Full time da lunedì a venerdì; 08.00-18.00. Die ausgewählte Person wird in der mechanischen Werkstatt eingesetzt und ist für die Programmierung und Bedienung von CNC-Maschinen zur Bearbeitung von Metall- und Kunststoffkomponenten verantwortlich. Hauptaufgaben: CNC-Programmierung von Drehmaschinen, Fräsmaschinen und/oder Bearbeitungszentren. Einrichten der Maschinen und Überwachung der Bearbeitungsparameter. Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile. Überwachung des Produktionsprozesses und Durchführung von Korrekturen bei Abweichungen.
