For one of our Partners, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee network integration and infrastructure upgrade projects across retail stores in Europe. This role will focus on managing the setup, alignment, and enhancement of existing and new retail points of sale, ensuring that they meet the evolving standards of the Group. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and will drive project execution from planning to completion. Location : Milan-based with travel to various European retail locations as required, typically for periods of 2-7 days. The role will require to work onsite in Milan at least once per week . Competenze richieste: Project Management : Lead the end-to-end management of retail store projects, including both upgrades to existing sites and the setup of new locations. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain strong working relationships with various stakeholders, including local providers , construction teams, and internal departments responsible for different aspects of the store setup . Issue Resolution & Escalation : Handle any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as needed. This includes working across departments to ensure that all aspects of the store’s infrastructure, not just network, are aligned with Group standards. Communication & Reporting : Provide regular updates to the Principal Project Manager and other relevant stakeholders. Ensure that communication lines are open and that everyone involved is aware of project progress, risks, and upcoming tasks. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring the timely delivery of services such as internet lines, hardware installations, and other infrastructure requirements.
